The National Zoological Park is a place of
heaven for the nature as well as animal lovers. Almost every Delhiite, at least once in a lifetime has visited the
national zoological park. Zoo is one of the most wonderful picnic spots in the
town to spend time with family and friends and can be visited anytime around
the year.
The National Zoological Park is one of the most
interesting tourist spots in Delhi. School children and groups of families are
frequently seen visiting the park for picnics. There are many facilities
available inside the zoo like a library, cafeteria, parking complex and luggage
for the visitiors. Mobile vans are also provided
for the zoo tour if one wishes to avail the
facility. Quick snacks are also available at the kiosks and drinking water is
served at every 20 meters. A tour of Delhi can never be complete without a
visit to the zoo.
